We conduct stringent quality tests and impliment rigid quality control techniques at every stage of production to ensure flawless products. Rotex products pass through a strict regimen of quality and capability tests in-house, including: High pressure Test (up to 400 bar gas), Hydrostatic Test (up to 700 bar), Mass spectro-Leak Detection Test (Up to 10-12 cc/sec), Cv test, Response Time and Time Characteristic Measurement Test and Life cycle Monitoring, Environmental Temp testing (in Environmental Chamber). Also all basic testing for Solenoid Valves and Pneumatic Actuators are done on PLC base Automatic Testing bench removing a complete human interference and thus providing error less supply. All products are tested for operation and performance as per the test plans drawn from prevailing industry standards (domestic and International).
